We follow a comprehensive Communicable Disease Plan, updated as required by provincial health authorities, to reduce the spread of illness and maintain a safe environment for athletes, families, and staff.

Rules & Waivers
Safety first. Please read carefully before attending classes.
General Gym Rules
Practice gymnastics safely and follow equipment and facility safety procedures.
Ask your coach’s permission before getting on equipment or attempting new skills.
Be cautious and aware of your surroundings when moving in the gym.
Inform your coach if you need to leave the class.
Remove shoes before entering the mat area.
Wear proper athletic attire (no buttons, snaps, zippers, pockets, or skirts).
Tie back long hair and remove all jewelry.
Bare feet only in the gymnastics area.
Only water is allowed in the gym (no food or other drinks).
Please do not distract your child while they are participating in gymnastics.
Assumption & Acknowledgment of Risks (For Minors)
Please Read Carefully
Participation in gymnastics involves inherent risks, including potential injuries from equipment use, facilities, or activities. By enrolling a child, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:

They assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

They will ensure their child follows all gym safety procedures.

They release the gym and its staff from liability for claims arising out of participation.
Companion Release & Indemnity
Parents or guardians who assist their child in the gym must acknowledge the following:

They are responsible for their own safety while on the premises.

They are aware of the risks inherent in helping their child with gymnastics activities.

They voluntarily assume these risks and waive notice of all conditions or dangers arising from such participation.

They understand they are not participating in gymnastics themselves, but only assisting their child.
