Classes

 

Lion's Pride offers a variety of classes for ages 2 to 18.

Join your toddler for a fun, music-filled class that builds rhythm, coordination, and early movement skills. Held in our preschool room, it’s a great introduction before starting Parent & Tot gymnastics.

Ages: 1-2 years

Time: 30 minutes a week

Parent & Tot class. Your child's first gymnastics class! This fun, high energy, full parent-participation class is designed to assist toddlers in developing confidence in climbing, jumping, hanging, balancing, falling and meeting new people! 

 

Ages: 2-3 years

Time: 45 minutes a week

Gradual entry towards independence! This class starts out with parental participation. Once they are independent enough to feel confident on their own, a parent is no longer required to attend.

Ages: 3 - 4 years

Time: 45 minutes a week

As your child gets older their attention and energy levels increase. This one hour class allows time to work on specific gymnastics skills that require greater strength and flexibility. 

 

Ages: 4 & 5 years

Time: 1 hour a week

Co-ed classes for those working on Badge 1-3. Cangym is a elf-paced award based program based on individual success. This class focuses on recreational gymnastics, using the nationally recognized Can Gym Evaluation Program. 

 

Ages: 6 to 10years

Time: 1.25 hrs 1x/wk | 1.25 hrs 2x/wk

Co-ed classes for those working on Badge 1-3. Cangym is a self-paced award based program based on individual success. This class focuses on recreational gymnastics, using the nationally recognized Can Gym Evaluation Program.  For ages 10 and up.

 

Ages: 10 to 13 years

Time: 1.25 hours 1x/wk or 2x/wk

Co-ed classes for badges 4 & 5. This class is for those ready to work on skills that require more strength, greater flexibility, and confidence.  

 

Time: 1.25 hrs 1x/wk or 2x/wk or 3x/wk

 

Co-ed classes for badges 4 & 5. This class is for those ready to work on skills that require more strength, greater flexibility, and confidence.  For ages 10 and up. 

 

Ages: 10+ years 

Time: 1.25 hrs 1x/wk or 2x/wk or 3x/wk

 

Ascend to new heights in this cp-ed trampoline class for badges 1-8. No experience necessary

 

Ages: 7+ and 10+ years 

Time: 1 hrs 1x/wk or 2x/wk

 

This class is by invitation only and for those working on higher badges and more advanced skills.   If you are new to our club and have attended classes at another gym, we can arrange a trial class to ensure that your child will be successful in this class. 2x/week is highly recommended. 

 

Ages: 8+ years 

Time: 1.5 hrs 1x/wk or 2x/wk or 3x/wk

This program is designed to prepare athletes to transition into our Excel program. It focuses on building foundational skills, strength, discipline, & confidence. Athletes will work on technique, conditioning, & mental readiness for competition.

By Invitation only. This program offers high level athletes the change to compete and perform in local meets at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels. Trial classes can be arranged for athletes from other gyms.
