Unlock your potential with our 6-week Skill Development Clinics!

Each session is designed to help gymnasts build confidence, refine technique, and master new skills in a supportive, small-group setting.

 

Minimum Bronze Cangym level required.

Class Catalog (Grouped by Age/Level)

 A playful introduction to rhythm, coordination, and basic movement. Parents join in as little ones explore balance, songs, and games that spark joy and confidence.

Ages : 18 months to 2 years
30 min/week

Tumble Cubs.HEIC

Your child’s very first gymnastics class. With full parent participation, toddlers build confidence through climbing, jumping, balancing, and making new friends in a safe and fun space.

Ages : 2 – 3
45 min/week

Tumble cats.HEIC

A gradual step toward independence. Classes start with parent involvement, then children continue independently. Activities focus on balance, coordination, and early gymnastics.

Ages : 3 – 4

 As preschoolers grow, so do their energy and focus. This one-hour class introduces strength, flexibility, and skill-building through engaging gymnastics activities.

A co-ed recreational class for children working on badges 1–3 in the nationally recognized CanGym program, developing core skills at each child’s pace while building confidence and strength.

Ages : 6 – 10
Time : 1.25 hrs/week (1x or 2x)

Designed for children progressing to badges 4 and 5, this class develops more advanced gymnastics skills, strength, and flexibility while encouraging self-confidence and personal achievement.

For children ready for higher-level skills. This invitation-only class challenges each gymnast appropriately and is perfect for athletes seeking more complex routines, advanced skills, and refined techniques.

Ages : 8 – 10
Time : 1.5 hrs/week

A co-ed recreational class for athletes 10 and up, focusing on badges 1–3 in the CanGym program. Gymnasts work at their own pace to build foundations in balance, strength, and flexibility.

Ages: 10 -13
Time : 1.25 hrs/week (1x, or 2x)

For older athletes ready to progress to badges 4 and 5. This program emphasizes more advanced skills, improved strength, and confidence while encouraging continued enjoyment of the sport.

A high-energy class that blends gymnastics, obstacle training, and agility challenges. Perfect for kids who love to climb, jump, and move with speed while developing strength, coordination, and confidence.

Time: 1 hour per week
