Written cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled camp date to receive either a full account credit or a 50% refund.

If notice is provided less than 7 days before the camp date, a medical note is required to receive a full account credit or 50% refund.

Lion’s Pride Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, families will receive at least one week’s notice and a full refund.

If a camp is cancelled due to force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, or mandatory closures), refunds will not be issued. However, a full account credit will remain on file.
