Trampoline

Advanced - 9+    Flip & Fly       Tuesday 3:30-4:30

Class is designed to improve skills on Trampoline &  learn routines.  Includes tumbling skills on spring floor & Tumble Trac. 

Beginner 5-8 yrs                        Thursday 3:30-4:30

Lion’s Pride Gymnastics is a new gymnastics club in the Western Communities. It is important to Lion’s Pride Gymnastics to offer fun, professional and developmental programs to the community. We believe educated coaches build better athletes.
