Mom & Baby Yoga
Move, Bond, and Breathe Together.
Rebuild strength and reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby in this gentle, joyful class for postpartum moms and their pre-crawling infants. Designed to support your recovery and well-being, each session includes guided movement, stretching, breathwork, and plenty of time to connect with other moms.
Open to moms at least 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from a doctor or midwife. When your little one starts moving, join us for the next step: Music & Movement for toddlers and caregivers.
Enrollment should be done under Mom's name as the student
