Coaches are certified to National Level 4. Through intensive training and personal development our athletes have competed among Canada’s best. The competitive team is by invitation only.

Level: 3 To National

Athletes will train 6 hrs/wk. To accomplish skills successfully more time will be spent on strength, flexibility and technique. Athletes will compete within the Island Community. Entrance is based upon coach recommendation and testing.

Time: 3 hrs 2x/wk
